Ingredients
- Gold Medal ghee
- 1/2 pack kunafa dough
- 1,5 cup peeled pistachio
- 1 cup powdered pistachio
Syrup (Qater):
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup water
- Juice of half a lemon
For garnish:
- Powdered pistachio

Gold Medal ghee
Preparation
1. Place the knuafa in a tray.
2. Add Gold Medal ghee and mix well.
3. Spread peeled pistachios evenly.
4. Cover the entire surface with powdered pistachios.
5. Bake in the oven.
6. Once the sides turn golden, flip the knuafa using a tray.
7. Return to oven until fully golden.
Tip!
Kunafa must be hot and syprus must be warm when pouring.
